SBG for Girls: Supergirl Discusses Hair Styles

In an effort to widen its audience, Siskoid's Blog of Geekery may, from time to time, cater to the specific tastes of its female readership with, for example, valuable cosmetic tips from comic book luminaries like Linda "Supergirl" Lee:

Contempo? Sounds like a super-villain. Lori Lemaris Special? It's waterproof. Campus Cuddle-Bun? I think I used to know that girl.

Oh yeah, I'll have to check! On Twitter, Contempo is trending.

Well... 1 vote.

I know I've seen that page before - what issue is it from? Maybe I've got it and haven't seen it in some time.

Campus cuddle-bun looks like what Linda ended up wearing in her college years. I guess it won with the readers. I dig the Contempo look.

Wonder who came up with those hairstyle names - Mort Weisenger or E. Nelson Bridwell?
Oh that is beautiful. I have to steal that for the Cave of Cool

The contest to choose Linda's new wig is from Action Comics #273 (1961). The complete results will be shown TOMORROW. Stay tuned, democracy fans!

Action 273 - that means I've seen it in the Supergirl Archives, which has not made it off my shelf in far too long!

Yes, I can confirm it's in there!
Would it be revealing too much for me to hope that 'Campus Cuddle-Bun wins. Please, there is no other competition.

Doesn't Campus Cuddle-Bun write The Sixth Gun?
Campus Cuddle-Bun is the greatest rap name ever 'MC Campus Cuddle-Bun'

I'm sorry but SBG is not the new Cosmo. Because on my toilet there's two things: Cosmo, and Essential Iron-Man 1. no SBG.

What? You didn't print out the 'zine version when #1 came out?
